The 6-piece machined aluminium touchpoint set offers an ergonomic boost for your Brompton bike. These parts, including hinges, levers, and a saddle quick release, are crafted from smooth black anodised aluminium. They move with very little friction, giving you a distinct feel. First introduced on the Brompton CHPT3 V2, this set is now available for all Brompton models. The set comes with 2 hinge clamp levers, 2 hinge clamp plates, a rear frame clip, and a seat quick release. It's made from lightweight CNC machined aluminium and is anodised black. It's compatible with every Brompton bike. You can install it yourself using a 10mm spanner and a hex key (not included).
Using this Brompton set is easy. First, gather a 10mm spanner and a hex key (you'll need to get these on your own). Then, carefully replace the old parts on your Brompton with the new ones from the set. Make sure each part is firmly attached. When riding, you'll notice how smoothly the parts move due to the low - friction design. As for maintenance, keep the parts clean. You can use a soft cloth to wipe off dirt and grime.
