If your mounting hooks are worn, broken, or lost, you can replace them with a brand - new set of QL2.1 hooks along with a plastic handle. These hooks are a great upgrade for your bike. If the new hooks seem too loose on your bike rack, just use the appropriate hook inserts for a perfect fit. This product is suitable for all models with the QL2.1 system, except for Office - Bag, Commuter - Bag, Commuter - Bag Two, and Downtown Two. It comes with 2 x 2 QL2.1 hooks (16 mm) paired with a plastic handle, and also includes 1 pair each of hook inserts in sizes 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.

Using these Ortlieb QL2.1 mounting hooks is easy. First, take out the new hooks and the plastic handle. Check your bike rack to see if it's a QL2.1 system model (remember, it doesn't work for Office - Bag, Commuter - Bag, Commuter - Bag Two, and Downtown Two). Then, attach the hooks to your bike rack.
